The Shields Gazette must be rubbing their hands on the old advertising revenue front this week. A certain company called “Action4Equality” has ran at least 4 full page adverts re claims for unequal pay against South Tyneside Council. It also lent itself to a little bit of “union” bashing.
I posted initially on this below:

Low and behold, what should appear in last nights Gazette, a full page advert on unequal pay claims, this time placed by…….Unison, the public sector union responsible for most union members on the STC pay roll.
Attacking Action4Equality on their advert claims, we clearly have a little dispute going on here. If anybody out there has any views on who is right and who is out to make a quick buck, post a comment and let me know.
The only winner so far is the Gazette!
