JUST A THOUGHT

The post below covers an article in today’s Times which looks at how a Liberal supporter received his peerage. It describes a major player in the affair as “Khalid Hameed, a Muslim” and another as “Lord Dholakia, a Hindu”. However, it does not for example describe Sir Alistair Graham as “a Catholic”, or Sion Simon MP as “a protestant” or indeed Simon Hughes as a “Jedi Knight” (they are all mentioned in said article but without their religious preferences highlighted.

Now why should this be?
